We understand that there may be times when our products may not fit you to your complete satisfaction. You are welcome to exchange products purchased if the following conditions are met:
- The product is not damaged or altered
- The product is clean and its scent has not been altered (by perfume, cigarette smoke, etc.)
- The product has not been washed
- The original tag is still attached to the product
In the event that the above conditions are met, please contact us for information on where to send returns to within a week of receiving your order. Please understand that we will not accept exchanges if more than a week has lapsed since your order was delivered, so please be sure to check the condition of your products once they arrive.
Please note that we do not accept refunds and only exchanges for equal products (different color or size of the same product).
Also note that we reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges from customers for any reason. (i.e. customers who have a history with us of exchanging damaged or altered products)
